Shipping
Each piece is made to order in our London studio. We don't produce in bulk — your object is made individually once your order is placed, then carefully inspected, photographed, and prepared for dispatch.
Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for production and shipping combined. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Personalised pieces are made especially for you and take a little longer — please allow approximately 2 weeks for production and shipping combined.
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States, with complimentary tracked shipping on every order.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier services.
Any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for customs charges or delays, including any regional import fees or tariffs.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Because each piece is made by hand, small natural variations in the brass, leather, and stone are part of its character and are not considered faults.
Depending on the situation, we can offer either a refund or an exchange — just let us know what you'd prefer when you get in touch.
Return shipping:

 

  • If your piece arrives faulty or damaged, we cover the return shipping and put things right.
  • If you've simply changed your mind, return shipping is covered by you.
Please note that the natural patina raw brass develops over time is part of the material, not a fault, and isn't grounds for return.
Personalised pieces: Because personalised and engraved-to-order items are made especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged if you simply change your mind. This does not affect your rights if a personalised piece arrives faulty or damaged — in that case, we'll always put it right.
To start a return or exchange, contact us at info@daderbanu.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and — if the item is faulty — a photo of the issue. We'll take it from there.
